Returns
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We work hard creating the highest quality collars and leashes available anywhere. If you are not completely satisfied with your collar or leash OR if it does not fit properly – return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund. We only ask that you pay return shipping costs and we'll take care of everything else. We cannot accept damaged or soiled items. LuxeMutt reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

To return an item, please get in touch with Adam at info@luxemutt.com. Please package the item with care and preferably in the original shipping box. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
